Volodymyr Lytvyn predicts that the Parliament will override the President´s veto on the Law "On Moratorium on the Increase of Prices and Tariffs for Medicine and Medical Goods" adopted on 20 October 2009, provided the profile Committee scrutinizes the matter and brings it forward before Parliament. Volodymyr Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement during the working visit to the city of Cherkasy.
"We shall decide whether the country and the people will live for the benefit of pharmacological entrepreneurs or for themselves", - stated V.Lytvyn. He deems necessary to talk this matter over seriously.
Otherwise, the State shall purchase the most necessary medicine for the public funds.
